Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy provides support for individuals across the lifespan who are experiencing cognitive difficulties resulting from learning disabilities, Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder, concussion/traumatic brain injury. Cognitive Rehabilitation can be provided after a neuropsychological evaluation has been completed to help target identified deficiencies or can be started as a stand-alone treatment. Cognitive Rehabilitation can be provided via tele-medicine.
